UP AND DOWN, UP AND DOWN

For the last three days my broadband connection through Time Warner Cable has been failing intermittently. Yesterday, after my third call to them in two days (I really hate that voice-recognition, talk-to-a-computer system) they scheduled an appointment--for Friday afternoon. I am not looking forward to another 4 days of this. And that assumes they're actually able to fix it on Friday.

You too? Ever since Hurricane Rita, we've been subjected to propaganda from T-W, saying that everything is back up and all is well.

Not.

Our connection keeps going in and out, and it's really bugging us. I really am considering going to Verizon FiOS!

For some unknown and probably completely random reason, our AT&T DSL service has been quite reliable of late.

Now watch it go up and down like a yo-yo, again!
