Happy Solstice!

The sun is so high we're getting direct sunlight on the windows on the northern side of the apartment. It only happens a few hours each year.

We had an apartment like that, on Brooklyn's Prospect Park. Wonderful apartment, but most of the year it was really, really dark. The sun was something that lit the sky, elsewhere.
