Footnote: Israeli comedy. This was an Oscar finalist? I guess they have a strange sense of humor. I also guess they couldn't think of an ending, because it didn't have one.
The Hunger Games: A stupid, sadistic fight to the death among teenaged gladiators, with a love story thrown in. The abridgement of the novel (at least I assume that's the cause) left a couple things hanging. A sort of deus ex machina ending.
