Jail for the Somalia thugs

Pirates jailed in 17 nations as prosecutions rise

I'm not sure if I agree about having them serve their jail terms in Somalia. I have to wonder if the jails there are secure enough. Also, the ever-changing situation there might bring to power someone who will just release the criminals from the decades-long terms that foreign courts have sentenced them to. Rehabilitation? It's a fairly moot point for someone serving 30+ years.
